Greens Eggs & Ham CSA – Community Supported Agriculture Initiative
Greens Eggs and Ham is a 10 acre mixed farm near the Edmonton International Airport. We believe in a sustainable approach to farming and maximize nutrient use from fowl to gardens.It is important to us to produce health conscious products for ourselves and our consumers, all our products are low in saturated fats and free of common allergens. Our requirements:

Purchase and set up row crop cover, mulch etc to extend the growing season and allow growth of brassica type crops
Purchase and set up all aspects of an irrigation system both for home farm use and rented land use
Purchase more of our odd, unusual and heritage vegetable and potato seeds
Purchase new laying ducks to see us into winter production
Purchase and feed new meat birds, ducks and Ariana’s turkeys, to make our wonderful charcuterie products etc.

How it works:
You have a choice of how much you would like to pledge. Pledge sheet is here.

Also choose which business you want the money to go to Greens Eggs & Ham OR Ariana’s Farm Fresh Fowl OR Both

What you will receive:
Greens Eggs& Ham / Ariana’s Farm Fresh Fowl products (during market season, your choice including duck eggs and proteins – no boxes with products you may not use) up to the amount you have pledged. Check out our menu items here.
